Individual Support

Bay Path is a close-knit community devoted to student success. A student-to-faculty ratio of 12:1 and small classes means your faculty know your strengths and aspirations and can offer instruction, advice and research opportunities tailored to YOU. Career coaches from the Sullivan Career & Life Planning Center will help you create a distinctive portfolio, land the perfect internship and connect with alumni in your field. We support you through graduation and beyond!

It's all about support:

  • 80% of classes have fewer than 20 students; 20% have fewer than 10
  • Student Learning Assistants are present in 1/3 of core courses
  • Career Coach support begins in your first year
  • Technology Tutors are available to help with iPads in and out of the classroom

Our students say...

My advisor got to know me and pushed me to do my best. She noticed my capabilities from the start and wanted me to succeed.”

The education I have received has been very relevant to my future career, but I also have had such a great support system surrounding me throughout this journey.”

I love it here where every professor knows me and helps me to grow in my academics as well as in my personal life.”

Bay Path felt like a family; everyone looks out for each other.”

My teachers go out of their way to help me. I've learned more at this college than I have anywhere else. This school really cares about helping students succeed.”

The opportunity to work on research with faculty [was] very empowering for me. Also, the networking and information events with professional and graduate schools . . . were really effective, and in some cases even life changing.”
