Bay Path's leadership is responsible for overseeing the strategic vision, as well as the fiscal health and operational integrity of the University.

Bay Path's President and Leadership

Dr. Carol A. Leary is the fifth president of Bay Path University, having served 23 years in this leadership role. President Leary is a leading advocate for women's education and speaks frequently on women’s leadership.

As Provost,  Dr. Melissa Morriss-Olson serves as Bay Path's chief educational officer. A nationally recognized higher education thought leader,  she speaks and writes often on topics such as higher education innovation, academic entrepreneurship, disruption, and leadership.  Dr. Morriss-Olson spearheaded the creation of Bay Path's signature WELL program and led the expansion of the graduate school, resulting in a 900% increase in graduate enrollment. 

Amanda Gould is the Chief Administrative Officer for The American Women’s College, the first, fully-online degree program in the country that's designed just for women. A thought leader in data-driven digital learning, she presents throughout the United States on this topic, with a particular focus on the innovative Social Online Universal Learning model (SOUL) currently being implemented at The American Women’s College.

The 33-member Board of Trustees, part of the governing body of the University, meets three times a year and is comprised of a chair and several committee members. Their expertise and counsel is valuable in the successful implementation of the strategic vision.
