The Bay Path University Certificate in Leadership & Negotiation is a five course program that introduces students to the core concepts, principles, and skills of leadership and negotiation. Student's will learn the basics, including theories and concepts that have been at the heart of this field for many years. Furthermore, they will also learn vital skills through interactive role play simulations and real world assignments that compel them to make connections between the world around them and what they are learning in class.
Students can complete the certificate program or use their certificate coursework to continue at Bay Path to complete the MS in Leadership & Negotiation degree.
