The Office of the Registrar maintains the permanent academic records for all students. In addition, the office is responsible for class registration, grade and transcript reports, evaluation of transfer credit and fulfillment of all-University-degree requirements, classroom scheduling, processing requests for transcripts, final exam schedules and more.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The MyBayPath portal is a secure site, available to all current students, which provides access to their Bay Path email, their Canvas classrooms, view available courses, register for coursework, view their degree audit and final grades, find relevant forms or documents, request enrollment verification and more.
Alumni are able to order a reprint of their diploma by submitting a completed Diploma reorder form to the Registrar's Office with a check or money order for $25.00. Additional information is available on this form.
The Registrar's Office has partnered with Parchment, an industry leader in credential management systems, to create a transcript request experience that allows current students and alumni to submit online orders for either paper transcripts or certified eTrancripts. Learn More...
