This year, we are hosting our annual alumni awards at a special on-campus dinner on Friday, Oct 2 at our Philip H. Ryan Health Science Center in East Longmeadow, MA.

10:00–10:30 am – Anniversary Class Coffee Chat, Blake Dining Hall: Members of the classes ending in ‘1 and ‘6 are invited to join in on a special coffee reception

10:30 am -  Registration opens for all

10:30-11:00 am – Coffee & pastries open for all alumni

10:00–12:00 pm -

• Authors & Entrepreneurs Showcase, Blake Dining Hall: Support alumni sharing their books and businesses.
• Career Center Drop In & Headshots, Blake Lower Level: Tour the Career Center, get a free headshot!
• Caricatures by PARTOONS, Blake Atrium (2nd Floor in the back): Take home a fun sketch keepsake

10:00– 2:00 pm – Bookstore, Blake Lower Level: Shop with your 20% reunion discount.

11:00-11:30 am - Optional Campus Tour, guided by Alumni Office staff and council member, Starting outside Blake: Explore campus highlights, old and new

12:00-1:00 pm- Alumni Lunch in Blake Dining Hall – Free! - hear from President Doran about the State of the University

1:15-1:30 pm – Group Photo outside Blake

1:30-3 pm: Drop in Hard Hat tours of the Carr Chemistry Lab - Dr. Yadilette Rivera Colón

1:00 –4:00 pm – Campus Day / Wacky Wildcat Carnival, Outside Blake, Leary Circle & North: Join students for carnival games, inflatables, and fall-themed fun throughout campus (blue stars on map).

4 pm – Volleyball Game at the Longmeadow Adult Center. Cheer on your Wildcats at their game!

After the group photo, stick around and join us in partnership with Student Life for the Fall Carnival! Alumni are invited to enjoy an afternoon of activities outdoors across campus, a great chance to connect with students and their families while celebrating a beautiful fall day.

Highlights Include:

Go Cart Inflatable
Carnival Midway – Play Hoops Shootout and bounce in the Pumpkin Bouncer
Chalk Art Station
Fall Treats – Decorate cookies and enjoy a seasonal drink station of hot cocoa or apple cider
