Chillin' Out Summer Program
Day program for boys and girls entering grades 6-11 in the fall of 2019. Program Dates: June 24 – June 28, 2019
All teens experience stress that comes along with adolescence, but levels of anxiety are alarmingly on the rise for middle and high school students. At Camp Chillin’ Out, graduate occupational therapy students run a wide variety of activities to help teens of all genders build self-esteem and learn a variety of coping skills. Through a combination of indoor and outdoor activities, both physically active and psychologically contemplative, campers learn more about themselves and gain skills to interact with new peers. Lunch: Bring your own lunch and snack as well as a refillable water bottle.
