Peter A. Testori, EdD, Interim Senior Dean for Student Engagement and Academic Resources, Title IX Coordinator, and Assistant Professor of Higher Education, joined Bay Path University in 2010. He leads a team of professionals focused on the academic success of Bay Path's students at every level through library services, academic support, and accessibility services.  Dr. Testori serves as Bay Path's Title IX Coordinator and sits on President Doran's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Advisory Committee.  He is the faculty advisor for Gay Path Alliance, Bay Path's LGBTQA+ student club.  Dr. Testori teaches in the higher education administration (MS) and Higher Education Leadership & Organizational Studies (EdD) programs.

Dr. Testori holds a doctorate of education in higher education administration from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in counseling specializing in student development and higher education from Central Connecticut State University.  He also holds a graduate certificate in instructional design and technology from UMass Boston.  Dr. Testori is a member and past Fellow of the American Conference of Academic Deans (ACAD) and is a member and past chair of the board of directors for Square One, a Springfield-area nonprofit focused on providing early education, care, and family support services.
