Heather is the Associate Dean of Student Support at The American Women’s College division of Bay Path University. In this role she oversees the robust wrap-around support services offered to undergraduate students at the University. Critical to this role is the data-driven, personalized outreach and intervention that promote student success.
In addition to her role as Associate Dean, Heather also teaches women's leadership courses for the University. Her research interests include the engagement of online learners, and how it contributes to retention and a quality educational experience.
Heather seeks to expand her own learning while also sharing her time and talents through volunteering in her community. She volunteers as a Special Education Surrogate Parent with the Federation for Children with Special Needs, a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampden County, and a Wish Granter for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of MA and RI.
