Carroll Bronson, PhD is an accomplished scholar and consultant specializing in doctoral-level research and dissertation mentoring. With a career spanning over 16+ years, Dr. Bronson has demonstrated a commitment to advancing knowledge and empowering students. Her dedication to research and teaching reflects a passion for driving positive change within educational institutions.

During her 14-year tenure at the Kellner College of Education, Literacy, and Leadership, Dr. Bronson delivered over 10 distinct research courses at both the master's and doctoral levels. She authored several of these courses (Qualitative Data Collection and Advanced Qualitative Data Analysis) and specialized in qualitative methodology. This expertise not only enriched her students' academic experiences but also contributed significantly to the research community.

Dr. Bronson's career advanced to the role of Director at The Center for Education & Innovation (CEEI), where she adeptly bridged the gap between academia and practical application. Her visionary leadership was pivotal, especially during the pandemic, when CEEI conducted over 60 training sessions to facilitate a seamless transition to online teaching and learning.

Dr. Bronson’s area of expertise focuses on the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, where she inspired faculty to reflect on student learning. Other research interests include team design and communication, both in face-to-face and virtual environments. Her expertise has been highlighted through presentations at local, national, and international research conferences, along with publications in refereed journals. Dr. Bronson holds a BA from Bethany College, a Master’s degree in Teaching & Learning from DePaul University, and a PhD in Administrative Leadership Urban Education from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.
