C. Dean Campbell is an experienced scholar-practitioner of higher education administration with a proven background in postsecondary administration. He currently works on the Institutional Research office team at Guilford Technical Community College. Prior to this he spent over fifteen years working on the graduate school leadership teams at three different research universities, where he helped transition those offices to high-performing organizations, including oversight of graduate admissions, enrollment, and research training operations for masters and doctoral programs. A published scholar and adjunct instructor in several online EdD programs over the last decade, he has expertise in the study and teaching of leadership, professional development, research methods, and organizational effectiveness. He has been a peer reviewer for The Qualitative Report and The Mentoring Institute and a regular panelist for the National Science Foundation’s Alliances for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP). Dr. Campbell earned an MA from Boston College in Higher Education Administration and Student Development and an EdD from the University of Southern California.
