Arpita Neogi is a cardiovascular genetic counselor at Yale University. Prior to that, she was a cancer genetic counselor at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She completed her genetic counseling graduate training at UC Irvine in 2014 after obtaining a bachelor's in biotechnology engineering from BITS Pilani Dubai.

In addition to direct patient-care, Ms. Neogi is passionate about process improvement of educational, clinical and research programs. She facilitated the development of an undergraduate genetic counseling elective course in India, a mentorship program for prospective international GC applicants through the International SIG of NSGC, and a cardiology genetic counselor clinic at Yale. She has served as Co-Chair of the International SIG of NSGC and has been an active member of several committees across non-profit organizations, ed-tech companies, academia, and private practice.
