Alexander Papouchis, MS

Alexander Papouchis brings over 25 years of teaching experience to his work with Bay Path University. Alexander is a master teacher, facilitator, curriculum and program designer, leadership and organizational consultant and team coach. He is passionate about engaged, collaborative and self directed learning models that support students in moving from theory into practice and developing real world leadership skills and experience.

Over the past five years, Alexander has worked as an organizational and leadership coach with local for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, consulted on the design and build of several domestic and international educational programs and businesses, and serve as an adjunct faculty member here at Bay Path where he teaches WEL440; Leadership in Practice. Most recently, Alexander has begun working as a Team Coach with the Executive MBA program at the SC Johnson College of Business within Cornell University.

In his spare time Alexander moonlights as a community activist and educator, homesteader, bioregional adventurer, backcountry skier, paddler, mountain climber, swimming hole explorer, world music devotee and lover of diverse cultures, peoples and foods encountered off the beaten path and down the road less taken.
