Jeremy Anderson EdD

Vice President for Learning Innovation, Analytics, & Technology

Dr. Jeremy Anderson is anchored by a curiosity and passion for finding ways to make our world more accessible and equitable. He sees the opportunity to leverage technology and data to help achieve this vision by enabling organizations and individuals to improve effectiveness while unlocking resources through efficiency. At Bay Path University, he carries out this work by setting a vision for digital transformation and advancing a culture of data-informed decision-making.

Dr. Anderson also believes that the changing world of work will place new pressures on higher education to contribute to students’ prosperity across career journeys. He collaborates with partners in academics, career services, and employer relations to envision ways to facilitate new skilling, upskilling, and reskilling in ways that will be affordable to lifelong learners. This will require a fundamental shift in how we view a college education, but it is imperative as we strive to keep pace with, and further, global innovation.

Prior to Bay Path, Dr. Anderson served as Associate Vice Chancellor of Strategic Analytics at Dallas College. He carried out largescale change management by unifying eight disparate institutional research teams, launching an institutional data governance program, and establishing an original research agenda for student success. He also led the development of institutional capacity to deliver distance learning during his time at American International College.

Dr. Anderson earned an Ed.D. in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University and a master’s in educational technology from Eastern Connecticut State University. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in history education from Central Connecticut State University that supported an early career as a high school history and social sciences teacher.
