Many of the enticing entrées will be prepared with local farm produce as part of Bay Path and ARAMARK’s continuing move “to go local.” The menu will include the traditional Thanksgiving dinner as well as Spanish, Russian, Indian and Chinese cuisines, among others. The event will also feature a cooking demonstration by local resident Aletha Prankus, who will prepare mushroom and sauerkraut pierogies, a customary Polish dish for guests to taste and enjoy.
