The Cambridge College Legacy Endowment at Bay Path University is a permanent fund established to honor Cambridge College and carry its historic mission forward for generations to come. Through a gift in your will, trust, or other estate plan, you can help future students benefit from the same values of access, opportunity, and educational excellence that defined Cambridge College.

The Cambridge College Legacy Endowment will be invested and held in perpetuity by Bay Path University. Annual distributions from the fund will support students and educational programs that advance Cambridge College’s historic mission:

To provide academically excellent, time-efficient, and cost-effective higher education for a diverse population of adults for whom those opportunities may have been limited or denied.

Suggested Bequest Language

I give [the sum of $____ / ____% of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate] to Bay Path University, a Massachusetts nonprofit organization, Federal Tax Identification Number 04-2103865, or its lawful successor, to be added to the Cambridge College Legacy Endowment and used to support students and educational programs that advance the historic mission of Cambridge College: “To provide academically excellent, time-efficient, and cost-effective higher education for a diverse population of adults for whom those opportunities may have been limited or denied.”

If, at any time, changes in circumstances make the stated purpose or administration of the Fund impracticable or impossible to fulfill, Bay Path University may modify the administration or application of the Fund as necessary, provided that any such modification continues, as nearly as practicable, to advance the historic mission of Cambridge College described above.
