Who is this housing for?

Bay Path University offers graduate housing to graduate students, regardless of gender. Graduate students studying online, or willing to commute to our other campuses, are also eligible for housing.

What amenities are included in the cost of housing?

What are the meal plan options?

Meal plans are available to graduate students. The Dining Hall is open during traditional undergraduate fall and spring semesters (from late August through early December and mid-January to mid-May). Meal plans are not required for graduate students residing on campus. See options listed below:

Unlimited Access:

Unlimited meals (dining hall)
8 guest meals (per semester, dining hall)
$200 (café)

150 Block Plan:

150 meals (dining hall)
8 guest meals (per semester, dining hall)
$300 (café)

Flex 14 Plan:

14 meals per week (dining hall)
8 guest meals (per semester, dining hall)
$100 (café)

75 Block Plan: $825.

50 Block Plan: $550.

25 Block Plan: $275.

What if I need to terminate my housing lease?

Graduate students may terminate their housing lease should the need arise due to field work or an interruption in studies. We ask that you provide written notification to the residencelife@baypath.edu to request a change to your housing agreement.

Is transportation provided to the Ryan Center in East Longmeadow?

Although we offer shuttle services between the hours of 12:00 pm-7:00 pm, students should plan to have their own transportation to the Ryan Center for classes.

Reservations are able to be made in advance using this link. Services such as Uber or Lyft are available in our area for those who do not have cars.

Are graduate students expected to follow the same policies as undergraduates?

Graduate students are expected to uphold the same community standards as our undergraduates. Bay Path is a dry campus (alcohol prohibited).

Where is graduate housing located?

Graduate housing is located in Theinert Hall. The Office of Residence Life works to create a small and inclusive community for graduate students to get to know their peers better, work on projects together, and become active members of our campus.

This community houses graduate students on a first come, first serve basis.

What items are allowed/not allowed on campus or in the residence halls?

Each room is a double occupancy space, with the following available for each occupant:
