Coeducational housing is available on the Longmeadow campus for graduate students who are taking classes in person or online.

Graduate students are offered housing by semester on a first-come, first-served basis, located on the fourth floor of our graduate residential building, Theinert Hall. This is a small community with an average residential population of twelve students per semester. Additional housing may be offered to female graduate students within our undergraduate community should a need arise and space permit.

Our graduate community includes a communal kitchenette, free full-service laundry room, and shuttle transportation to the Phillip H. Ryan Center during the academic year. Graduate students may also request a block meal plan for an additional charge by navigating here.  

Housing Application: 

In order for a graduate student to have graduate housing, they must be deposited. Please see your deposited letter, received via email, for further instructions on how you can submit your graduate housing application.
