Developmental Psychology

Graduate Admission Requirements

Enrolling Now, Classes Begin June 29, 2020

Before starting the program, the following must be completed:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field is required for entrance into the program (a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred) 
  • It is strongly recommended that students have a working knowledge of statistics, research methods, abnormal psychology, personality, and development

Applicants not meeting these requirements may apply to the program, and may be accepted conditionally. 

For consideration, applicants must submit the following admission requirements:

  1. A completed application - Apply Now
  2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred)
  3. An original essay of 300-500 words on the topic: "Why the MS in Developmental Psychology is important to my personal and professional goals"
  4. A current resume
  5. Two recommendations (must be from outside the Bay Path Psychology Department) - Click Here to download the form
