Organizational Excellence Certificate

Bay Path University's Organizational Excellence Certificate is designed for those with a bachelor's degree seeking education and training to promote quality and high standards in practice to effectively lead in the constantly changing field of healthcare.

The certificate focuses on the areas of:

• Quality and Performance Improvement in Healthcare
• Operations Management in Healthcare Organizations
• Healthcare Economics and Finance
• Healthcare Project and Change Management

Prospective students may apply for admission to the Graduate Certificate programs year-round.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following to the Office of Graduate Admissions (the same admissions requirements apply to students who will enroll to only one course):

1. A completed application - Apply Now 
2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (undergraduate degree must be from an accredited college or university)
   Official transcripts must be sent directly to Bay Path's Graduate Admissions Office from the issuing institution's records office either by mail or through a secure electronic transcript service (such as Parchment or National Clearinghouse). For transcripts sent through a secure transcript service, please select Bay Path University from the vendor's dropdown list to ensure the transcript is routed to the correct place. If an email address is requested, you can route to graduate@baypath.edu. Transcripts sent by the student are unofficial and will not be accepted.
3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: “Why A Graduate Certificate in (insert name of specific certificate) is important to my personal and professional goals."
4. A current resume
5. Two recommendations - Download the form here
6. A signed program requirement form, if required, for the specific certificate program 
   1. Program Requirement form for Language and Literacy Certificate, Autism Spectrum Disorders Certificate, and Transition Specialist Certificate
   2. Program Requirement form for Advanced Trauma-Informed Counseling Certificate.
