Advance Your Impact in Applied Behavior Analysis

The demand for highly trained behavior-analytic scientists and practitioners is rapidly growing, yet workforce studies reveal gaps in training and supervision. The ABA field stands at a pivotal moment of innovation, driven by advances in research, technology, ethics, and standardization, making a research-intensive doctoral program a timely choice. By positioning yourself at the forefront of science and practice, you can generate new evidence, refine interventions, harness emerging technologies, and shape policy and standards. With the urgent need for evidence-based interventions and an evolving science-practice landscape, now is the time to position yourself to become the clinical and/or industry/organizational leader the ABA field will need in the future.

Bay Path University’s PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis program is a hybrid: online with a 1-week summer residency in Boston, MA, and prepares the next generation of leaders and innovators in the field of ABA. With a contemporary, forward-thinking curriculum, our program goes beyond traditional approaches to address the evolving challenges and opportunities shaping the profession today.
