Women comprise only 14.1% of the executive officers in Fortune 500 companies; 3.6% are CEOs of Fortune 500 companies; of the more than 3,000 colleges in the United States, 25% are headed by women; and in politics, there are only six female governors and women hold 17% of the seats in the House and Senate.* But it’s not just in leadership positions. We need to BE BOLD because the future for ALL OF US depends on it.
