The American Women's College WELL Program

The TAWC Women as Empowered Learners and Leaders (WELL) Program will give you the tools you need to transform your career through targeted leadership development.

This signature program is found only at Bay Path University and The American Women's College. A journey in self-discovery, this program is built into the curriculum for all students and the transformation our women experience is truly remarkable.

By the end of the 3-course WELL program, you will understand who you are as a leader, know how to brand and advocate for yourself, and demonstrate your leadership strengths through real-life examples.
