This graduate-level certification is designed for current and aspiring managers seeking practical strategies and cutting-edge tools to lead effectively in today's dynamic business landscape.

This certification combines three powerful course options:

  • AI-Powered Innovation & Management Strategies (MBA 622): Discover how artificial intelligence is transforming business leadership, decision-making, and strategic execution. This course explores automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled team management to help leaders drive innovation and stay competitive in a tech-driven economy.
  • High Performance Management Strategies (MBA 651): Learn to develop a leadership mindset focused on excellence and continuous improvement. Using insights from influential management books and best practices, students will refine their personal management styles to lead teams, projects, and entrepreneurial ventures to high-performance outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial Business Project Development (MBA 680): Discover how to turn ideas into a compelling, actionable business plan. This hands-on course guides students through researching, developing, and presenting a professional plan while applying key skills gained throughout their studies to identify opportunities and bring their vision to life.

This certification prepares you to manage people, projects, and performance with confidence and clarity, whether in corporate, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial settings.

This certification can be completed on its own or count as three of the ten courses required toward your MBA.

Admission Requirements

If you are a current BPU undergraduate student or BPU alumni, please contact Graduate Admissions to discuss your requirements.

For consideration, applicants must submit the following admission requirements:

  1. A completed application - Apply Now 
  2. Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts (a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred)
  3. An original essay of at least 250 words on the topic: "Why a Management Certification is important to my personal and professional goals."
  4. A current resume
