Lead with Confidence. Negotiate with Purpose.

The Conflict Resolution & Negotiation Certification empowers professionals to become influential leaders and skilled negotiators in complex, high-stakes environments. Through a carefully curated series of graduate-level courses, students develop practical tools and insights that enhance decision-making, team leadership, and conflict resolution in today’s fast-paced organizational settings.
