Tania Hart, MS

Tania Hart is an accomplished professional in various industries with over twenty years of experience in accounting, audit, and finance. She is now working in the field of higher education. Her passion is to empower women in the economy.

She is currently teaching cybersecurity, accounting, and economics, having received advanced degrees in those subjects. Tania is an alumna of Bay Path University, Bentley University, and Clark University. At Bay Path University, her Master’s Capstone thesis focused on cybersecurity necessary to protect critical infrastructure, particularly water, a scarce resource on the planet today.

Tania is interested in crafting laws, policies, and regulations as well as shaping governance by collaborating on white papers. Leaning into her global outlook, she enjoys attending events like world fora, industry symposia, and international conferences.

She was a radio broadcaster responsible for hosting, engineering, and producing a weekly public affairs program. Building on this experience, she hopes to create a podcast series that focuses on cybersecurity, accounting, and economics issues.

Tania is also an active participant with the MA Cyber Trust’s Mentorship Program.
