Suzanne Gile, LCSW

Professor Gile received a Master's in Social work from the University of South Carolina. Her early work was as a middle school-based mental health counselor. She then transitioned into working within therapeutic foster care and intensive in-home therapy.

Approximately, 9 years ago she opened her own private practice serving children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues, as well as, couples therapy. Professor Gile has been trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy and EMDR which guides her work with trauma survivors.
