Susan L. Petrucelli began a teaching career in 1996 for the California University of Pennsylvania, where she also earned a Master of Arts in Geography and Regional Planning. She also taught geography in the public school system for almost ten years. Her interest in working with students, especially student-athletes and those who needed support in college-level learning, led her to earn a Doctor of Education in 2014. She has used her work in higher education to share research at numerous national and local conferences. Susan’s continued interest as a broadly trained geographer in physical and cultural geography includes climate analysis, tourism, and global studies. She is currently teaching online, working on publishing, and enjoying connecting with graduate and undergraduate students as they pursue their academic goals at Bay Path University and other institutions.
