Attorney Robert DiTusa is an experienced trial attorney with over 26 years of courtroom success. He has been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the field of personal injury practice every year since 2016.

Rob focuses his practice on protecting the rights of accident victims and the victims of violent crime. He has represented members of various trade unions in bodily injury claims, workers’ compensation claims, and social security disability claims. He has experience litigating catastrophic injury claims against the largest contractors in the world, some of which were involved in Boston’s multi-billion dollar highway project known as the Big Dig.

Rob is a current member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (2005 President’s Award Winner) as well as the American Association for Justice (formerly American Trial Lawyers Association). His cases have been featured numerous times in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and he is frequently asked to speak on his litigation experience at legal education seminars across the State of Massachusetts.
