Michelle "Mickie" Loucraft, LPC, PMH-C

Professor Loucraft is an advanced trauma-informed psychotherapist and a licensed professional counselor certified in perinatal mental health. She is also a PhD candidate in counselor education and supervision.

Currently, she practices in an outpatient community healthcare setting and is the owner of a private group practice, where she serves a diverse clientele with a particular focus on perinatal mental health, family issues, grief and loss, complex trauma, and panic attacks. She also serves as the liaison for Postpartum Support International's Connecticut chapter. She emphasizes a strength-based, transformational approach that involves creating a shared vision, mastering skills, encouraging challenges, providing constructive feedback, and fostering self-reflection and critical thinking.

As a Bay Path graduate, she is committed to the school's vision of empowering learners to become leaders in their careers and communities.
