Kathleen Norris, EdD
Dr. Kathleen Norris is an Emeritus Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Plymouth State University, where she continues to teach in the doctoral program and mentor dissertation students. With a career spanning K–12 and higher education, she brings extensive experience in research design, program evaluation, and leadership development, with particular expertise in mixed methods research and transformative learning.
Dr. Norris has held numerous academic and administrative roles, including Director of Graduate Programs at Plymouth State, where she led initiatives that expanded enrollment and strengthened program quality. She has also served as a Fulbright Specialist in Kosovo and contributed to international education initiatives in Pakistan and Japan. Her scholarship focuses on program evaluation, collaborative learning models, leadership, and wellness in education, and she has presented widely at national and international conferences.
A dedicated educator and mentor, Dr. Norris is recognized for her commitment to adult learners, innovative teaching practices, and advancing educational leadership across diverse contexts.
