Irum Zehra Rashid is a higher education professional with over 20 years of experience in academic administration, faculty operations, and teaching.  She is a cybersecurity instructor with a strong background in teaching fully online courses.   She holds an M.Ed. and an M.S. in Leadership and is an Ed.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership.

Irum works full-time as a Faculty Contract Manager at Bay Path University, supporting faculty across multiple disciplines. In addition to her administrative role, she teaches cybersecurity, management, and business courses in asynchronous online formats. Her instruction emphasizes applied learning, real-world cybersecurity concepts, risk management, policy development, and the practical use of security frameworks to help students bridge theory and practice.

With strong hands-on experience in online course delivery, Irum creates structured and supportive learning environments that promote engagement, confidence, and persistence among adult learners. She is deeply committed to student success and focuses on developing critical thinking, ethical awareness, and workforce-ready skills in information security and organizational leadership.
