Heather Antanavica is a somatic therapist, outpatient clinician, yoga teacher, and adjunct instructor at The American Women's College at Bay Path University. She graduated with a BA in psychology from Bay Path University in 2017 and a MA in clinical marriage and family therapy from Touro University in 2019. She is a registered yoga teacher and holds several healthcare certifications from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Harvard University, and Worcester State University.

Heather owns Heather Marie Therapy, a private practice incorporating yoga, meditation, emotional freedom technique, and reiki to help people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and excessive stress. She also works as an outpatient clinician at a substance abuse treatment facility in Worcester, MA. Additionally, she teaches yoga on her YouTube channel and holds live virtual classes.

Heather plans to continue teaching college courses, and slowly transition to a full-time private practice owner over the next year or two.
