Gina Moore, EdD
Dr. Gina Moore is a first-generation college graduate and higher education leader who serves as Program Director for the MBA Program and the Quality Systems & Improvement Management Program at Bay Path University. In addition to her program leadership responsibilities, she serves as Assistant Faculty and teaches within both the MBA and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programs. She has served—and continues to serve—as a Dissertation Chair and Committee Member, guiding doctoral candidates from proposal development through dissertation completion.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience prior to transitioning into higher education, Dr. Moore brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and enterprise transformation. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Project Management & Strategy Execution at Voya Financial, where she led multimillion-dollar strategic portfolios and enterprise-wide initiatives. Her corporate leadership experience informs her approach to graduate education, preparing students to lead with strategic insight, adaptability, and integrity.
At Bay Path University, Dr. Moore oversees program strategy, curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student success initiatives across graduate programs. She has co-led doctoral colloquia, contributed to the development of dissertation resources, and supported faculty in instructional innovation and academic excellence.
Dr. Moore earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership & Organizational Studies from Bay Path University in 2025. She also holds a master’s degree in Leadership & Negotiation and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Executive Business Management, all earned summa cum laude from Bay Path. Her scholarly work focuses on professional development, leadership growth, and lifelong learning in higher education.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a proud wife and the mother of a college freshman. She enjoys spending time with her family and their three dogs. Her journey reflects the transformative power of education, resilience, and purposeful leadership.
