Gerardo Zayas , Jr.

For more than 20 years, Gerardo Zayas Jr. has created and guided business strategies and teams in nonprofit, healthcare, and higher education sectors by mentoring individuals and organizations to conceptualize, launch, and sustain client-centered service delivery models. Gerardo has led program need assessments and development, grant writing, management and reviews, utilizing frameworks which foster diversity, inclusion, and equity among staff and clients alike.

Gerardo takes great pride in teaching business, social justice, community engagement, and social policy courses across associate, bachelor, and master level courses in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. As an entrepreneur, he develops trainings, course work, and conducts program and accreditation review services in healthcare and higher education.

Gerardo received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from Northeastern University, Boston MA, a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in healthcare administration from Plymouth State University, Plymouth, NH, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Administration degree at New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.
