Vegan Salad: Asian Tempeh Salad:
An eye appealing blend of broccoli, red pepper, bok choy, snow peas, carrots, and lettuces tossed in crumbled tempeh and a honeyed sesame vinaigrette, then sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds. Served Cold.
The Vegan entrée is 100% VEGAN, without dairy, beef, casein, whey, etc.
The Center Plate kitchen staff prepares the VEGAN meals in a separate area of the kitchen; always wearing gloves, hats, etc. There will be no cross contamination for those concerned with allergies.
Italian Chicken Bruschetta Salad:
A chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, sweet red peppers with fresh tomato basil bruschetta served with fresh spring greens and a tomato vinaigrette. Served Cold.
