2012 Conference Theme: Lead with Compassion
We selected this conference theme because we believe that within our society there is a yearning for more patient and thoughtful public and personal discourse. On multiple levels, we are confronted with conversations and events that often leave us asking the question: “What is going on here?” Our political debates seem increasingly contentious. Differences along socio-economic, ethnic, and geographic lines feel more pronounced. And mass media correspondents and their need to provide around-the-clock news dictate to us what is important in our daily lives.
Through the speakers that we have chosen for this conference, we hope for guidance in crafting more careful, considerate communication. We seek ways to bring more civility and kindness to leadership at all levels. We will be reminded of the healthy need to forgive in order to build amicable relationships and to nurture current relationships, personal and professional. Finally, we will focus on revisiting the fact that sustainable lasting change is the result of respectful and thoughtful consensus.

Early bird rate until midnight February 10, 2012
- General public early bird rate $250.00 per admission
- Alumni early bird rate $225.00 per admission
Early bird ends February 10, 2012 at 12:00 midnight. At that time all seats (including alumni) are $300.00.
Cancellation policy: once you register, you have purchased a non-refundable admission.
