Overview
The Human Resources Department is responsible for all aspects of Personnel Management, Benefits Administration, and Employee Relations. It is responsible for the development, implementation and communication of the College’s human resource policies and procedures, recruitment and retention, employee relations, and administration of all employment benefits. Policies and procedures are developed and administered to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory mandates and reporting requirements. The department oversees the performance evaluation program for staff and administrative employees, and provides professional development opportunities which support College employees and their valued role within the institution, and in achieving their personal and professional educational and career goals.
