Longmeadow, MA—Get ready to rock at Bay Path University! We Will Rock You, a jukebox musical based on the legendary music of Queen, will present at Mills Theatre at Carr Hall on the Longmeadow Campus Thursday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, November 9 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, November 10 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m.

“Over the course of two hours, there will be 20 iconic Queen songs that will essentially bring down the house. It’s a jukebox musical with a big wow factor,” Kevin Barlowski, MA,  Director of Theatre and Performance Studies for Bay Path University, said. “With this production, the audience has an opportunity to really be part of a musical. Just like Queen concerts, the production is very experiential and immersive. This is fun and joyful theater.”

Set in the year 2304, We Will Rock You follows two revolutionaries as they fight to save rock ‘n’ roll in a post-apocalyptic world, where free thinking, fashion, and live music are forbidden. Featuring a fantastic score of more than 20 killer Queen tunes, including “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and “Somebody to Love,” this hilarious, multi-award-winning and record-breaking phenomenon is the world champion of musicals.

The Killer Queen School of Rock will offer complimentary coloring pages, activities, and show-related arts and crafts on site 30 minutes prior to each performance. Budding young rockstars can walk the red carpet and strike a righteous pose at the photo booth before making a pit stop at the Hard Rock Cafe for refreshments.

Tickets are on sale now at baypath.tix.com, or by calling the University’s Student Information Desk at (413) 565-1307.
