Springfield, MA— Do your belongings “spark joy”? Are you ready to declutter your home, and your mind, but you’re not sure where to start?

Stephanie Baird, author and psychotherapist, will discuss her year-long process of decluttering while using the KonMari method as outlined in Marie Kondo’s bestselling book, The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up. By following this method, Baird was able to remove 60-80 trash bags and boxes of items, and has reduced her consumption as a result of becoming more discriminating.

Join Baird as she outlines the KonMari steps with demonstration and pictures depicting efficient organization, provides resources on how to responsibly dispose of one’s items, and discuss the benefits of clearing one’s home to clear one’s mind.
