The American Women's College at Bay Path University
Working closely with leaders in the field of food science and safety, The American Women’s College of Bay Path University has designed a special educational program for individuals, organizations and businesses that produce and handle food.
The Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Food Science & Safety can be completed by earning the required 120 credits. This bachelor's degree may be completed by women only.
No prior science coursework is required to enroll and succeed, however, a strong interest in science is recommended.
Because this program is completed 100% online, coursework includes the use of a virtual lab. Take a look at the sample video to see how it works.
In addition to the Bachelor of Arts degree, The American Women's College also offers a 29-credit Certificate in Food Science & Safety, which can be earned totally online and in less than 16 months. All courses are taught in accelerated, six-week sessions - one course at a time. These courses are offered to both men and women and are appropriate for people of any background.
