Paul Creech, RT(R), MPH, JD

Adjunct Professor

Professor Creech serves as the Chair of the Health Careers and Public Safety Department at Capital Community College in Hartford CT. He has been a professor of radiologic and health sciences at Capital for 26 years. With previous training and years of employment in the fields of Nuclear Medicine and Radiologic Technology, he has experience working in the fast-paced world of medicine. He has worked practicing medicine in hospitals, walk-in centers and private offices. While at Capital, he has also taught courses in the areas of Business Law, Legal Environment of Business, Constitutional Law and Criminal Law. Professor Creech is also privileged to serve as an adjunct professor of health law at Charter Oak State College and adjunct professor of economics at Westfield State University.

Although Professor Creech does not maintain a formal law practice (he much prefers teaching), he is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar and, in the past, has advised clients, much of the time Pro Bono, in areas such as family law, estate law, employment law and health law.

Professor Creech’s primary academic interests are in the areas of health policy, health economics and health law. His favorite pastime is in his role as “papa” to his three granddaughters.
