Mary Ellen Young, PhD

Dr. Young is a qualitative research specialist who has taught and mentored both undergraduate and graduate students. She does research in Rehabilitation Medicine, Public Health and Qualitative Social Research. Her broad research interest is in biopsychosocial adaptation to chronic illness and disability. In 2012, Dr. Young was awarded Teacher of the Year for the College of Public Health and Health Professions.
