Kimberly Henrichon, OTD, MEd, OTR/L, CHT

Associate Professor, Occupational Therapy

Dr. Henrichon's background includes over twenty-five years of clinical practice and management in the community hospital setting and a specialty in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Her scholarly areas of interest include occupation-based hand therapy and active classroom andragogy.  Her doctoral research, Perspectives, and Influences on Occupation-Based Hand Therapy, was published in the Canadian Journal of Occupational Therapy and presented at the Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hand Therapists in 2022. A member of the Bay Path faculty since 2011, she was awarded the University's Thumbprint Award in 2017. She holds OT licenses from Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member in good standing of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Massachusetts Association for Occupational Therapy, the American Society of Hand Therapists, and the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.  She serves on the Board of the Springfield Young Scholars Fund, Inc., where she also serves as a volunteer mentor.
