Katie Devlin is an experienced leader, with a passion for driving digital health transformation. In her current role as Vice President of Interoperability at Cotiviti, Inc., Katie is responsible for devising a enterprise-wide health data exchange strategy to address the unique business needs of health plans while reducing provider abrasion, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing value. She oversees all initiatives related to digital health data acquisition, ingestion, storage, and normalization, including the expansion of electronic health data networks and strategic partnerships. For the past eighteen years, Katie has been an advocate for ensuring health information is delivered in a way that enhances the member, provider, and payer experience.

Katie holds a Doctor of Health Science degree in Health Informatics Management from Bay Path University, as well as a bachelor's and master's degree from Western New England University. She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare and Information Management Systems through the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
