Ms. Bairos holds a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. She has over 10 years of clinical experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism, with a focus on teenage and young adult learners. Ms. Bairos has presented workshops and symposia on vocational and life skills training at various conferences for behavior analysis. She is passionate about assisting graduate students in achieving their professional goals and truly enjoys teaching others about Applied Behavior Analysis.

Outside of work, Ms. Bairos enjoys spending time with her two young children (Abby & Luke), her husband (Sean) and her dog (Cooper!).
