Dave Hansen, MS, MBA

Dave has held a variety of management positions over the past thirty years in human services, manufacturing, public safety, and healthcare. He recently retired from providing change management and process improvement services across a regional healthcare system. He also managed ambulance, VNA, and educational programs within the health system. He has served as a firefighter and paramedic for over 30 years and is currently the Fire Chief for his community. His manufacturing and human services experience was focused on managing diverse teams within organizations.

Dave is motivated by continuing improvement in team building, change management, and process improvement. His goals include; assisting in the development of leadership knowledge and skills, guiding the development of change and improvement skills, and helping others create learning organizations.
