ABA Supervisor and Adjunct Professor

Chelsea Tep is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ® who fell into the field while working as an ABA therapist during her undergraduate course work. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology, with a minor in Education from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Masters of Science in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Elms College.

Currently Chelsea works as a full-time BCBA ® Consultant for a local school district in Connecticut. She provides support to teachers, clinical staff, administrators and parents addressing and working with students with a variety of challenges and behaviors. Prior to venturing into public schools as a full time consultant, Chelsea worked for an in-home agency providing a realm of services including; birth-to-three and over-three ABA services, group social skills programming, staff training, consultation with families, and staff supervision.

Chelsea is an ABA Supervisor and Adjunct Professor at Bay Path University. She enjoys watching her student growth and learning throughout the semester. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, and traveling to Charleston, South Carolina.
