Hot Topics Breakfast Communicating in a Digital Age
Over 200 people who attended our last Hot Topics Breakfast in Communicating in a Digital Age left our campus engaged by our speaker Brian Reich. Whether you work in a nonprofit business, or college/university setting, social media is on everyone's radar. To that end, watch, listen and share the video below.
Here is a video of the question and answer portion of the program. Approximately 25 minutes in length, it provides additional insight by Brian and panelists Suzi Craig, Director of Marketing from Fathom, and Megan Pete, Director of Development, The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.
From the New South to Gambia: Follow Bay Path Blogs as Students Trek the World
For many students, January (otherwise known as J-term) is a needed break between semesters. For two groups of Bay Path Students, they’re spending their J-term immersing themselves in two vastly different experiences. Follow their footsteps by reading their daily blogs…
“One America” The New South Trip
In January 2009, Bay Path students visited the mid-South in a life-changing trip—2010 promises to be just as powerful.
The New South “One America” trip is following the Civil Rights Trail for eight days. From Birmingham to Montgomery to Selma to Jackson to Natchez to New Orleans, students will visit historic sites, meet people who moved mountains, and gain a greater appreciation of one of the most pivotal moments in America’s history: the Civil Rights Movement. This trip is funded through the generosity of the Pat Pierce Student Achievement Fund and our WalMart grant . Check back for more daily info!

From scholarship program to book drives, undergraduates will work one-on-one with children in Africa.
In yet another incredible student experience, Professor John Jarvis will accompany two Bay Path students to The Gambia, West Africa, in continuation of our partnership with the Sajuka Elementary School. The students' participation in this journey has been made possible through a generous gift from Venessa O'Brien '38. While in The Gambia, Prof Jarvis and the students will spend time with Nyillan Fye '09, who is also currently pursuing her MS in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy through Bay Path online.
