Singer Traciana Graves to Speak at Bay Path for Black History Month Event

Longmeadow, MA—  Although you may know her voice from her work with legends like Celine Dion and Steel Pulse, these days vocalist, strategist, and speaker Traciana Graves is using it to deliver an even more powerful message - one of inclusivity. She believes you have the ability to change the world with the power of your voice, and she’ll be bringing that inspirational message to Bay Path as the keynote speaker for their Black History Month celebration.

Having presented to over three hundred Fortune 500 companies and colleges, including Forbes, JPMorgan, American Express, and the WNBA, Graves makes the potentially uncomfortable conversation about diversity and inclusion safe, engaging, and effective. Voted one of ‘America’s Most Fearless Women’ by Huffington Post, Bay Path is excited to bring Graves’ unique perspective and discussion to Western Massachusetts. Her talk will focus on hopes, dreams, and social justice.

The event will be held on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., with a reception to follow. This free event is open to the community and will be held on the Bay Path Longmeadow campus at Mills Theatre in Carr Hall, 588 Longmeadow Street, Longmeadow, MA. For more information and to register, please visit https://tracianagraves.eventbrite.com.

This event is a campus collaborative effort that includes sponsorships from Alumni Relations, Student Life, Hatch Learning Commons, Sullivan Career and Life Planning Center, WELL, Strategic Alliance, Diversity and Inclusion Community Council and the Office of Multicultural Affairs.
