What do you value most?  How are your values reflected in the way that you live and lead?  Why do our values as leaders matter?  Values-based leadership takes awareness and commitment, as well as effort and practice.  Rarely do we take the time to name and establish the core values that drive us.  Our conversation will begin by discussing the characteristics and attributes that we value in a good leader and will flow into determining our own individual commitments.
